My shins have been a little sketchy this week. There's been no middle ground. They either feel just fine or really painful. And I'll be honest, I'm a little worried about the half marathon on Sunday.
Action 144 - Look Ahead. I felt like I could run today, but I chose to look ahead to Sunday. Rather than run today and risk injury, I decided to work out for an hour on the elliptical. I got all the cardio in without the impact on the shins.
It's easy to push today, but I need to think beyond one workout. I decided to look ahead and make sure I'm completely injury-free to run this weekend.
