If I'm at the gym, anyway, I'm going to make the most of my time there. And today was no exception. I decided to double-up on my cardio.
Action 176 - Spin Spin Sugar. Yep, after the elliptical, I spent a little time on the stationary bike. More cardio, still minimal impact on my shins. Tomorrow I'll be running, but today, it was all about the spinning wheels!
