On Feb 7th, I weighed in at 198. A week later, with my eating in check and my training back on track, I weighed in at 196. And yesterday, I tipped the scale at 192.
Action 192 - Make Progress. I'm taking this opportunity to stop and acknowledge my own results here, because it's important for me to remember that the basics work. Eat healthy, be active, and repeat consistently. It's working for me now, and the proof is in the progress that I have made.
I'm down six pounds in five weeks. That is fantastic. It's slow, steady, consistent weight loss, and the same basics that are helping me take it off will also help me keep it off.
Make progress? Yeah, I did. And I like it.
