My husband and I have been invited to join an extended group of friends today for an Easter Potluck. We're thrilled to be invited and can't wait to go. But with any gathering like this, there will definitely be temptations in all of the foods people bring.
Action 297 - Sample Everything. Seems a weird way to avoid temptation, but I think it's the best way for me. Instead of piling on large servings of heavier-calorie foods, I am going to sample everything in small portions.
I get to try all the good stuff, feel like I've enjoyed everything, and still avoid packing in too many calories.
So... bring on the potluck!
